INSPECTION & DIAGNOSIS

Having exercise equipment in need of repair? We provide inspection, assessment and diagnosis and will do our best to fix any problems on site. If the machine needs parts, we will provide a quote for the cost and order upon your approval.

GENERAL SERVICE & PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Want to ensure lasting performance of your exercise equipment? Scheduling regular service and preventative maintenance can extend the lifetime of your equipment and minimize downtime. 

We recommend tune-up once per year for home gyms and by use at facilities.

INITIAL DIAGNOSIS & SERVICE HOUR

$110
This fee covers the cost of a technician arriving on site and performing service. It is a flat fee that covers a technicians first hour on site.

HOURLY SERVICE CHARGE

$110 per hour
After the first hour of service we bill by the half-hour.

MILEAGE

$75 / Hour
A travel fee is assessed for trips outside a 30-mile radius of our showroom in Eugene. Common areas we service outside of Eugene include Corvallis, Albany, Florence, Coos Bay, Roseburg, Grants Pass, Lebanon and Salem.
